About Silk Route Imports

Silk Route Imports Limited is a New Zealand import and distribution company. We work with companies based in India, Bangladesh, Canada and Australia, and supply food to retailers, supermarkets and wholesale customers across the country.

Frozen and dry

We specialise in frozen and dry products, and each has its own storage: a frozen store of 600 square metres with space for 500 pallets, and a dry store of about 700 square metres with space for more than 600 pallets. See the two stores.

The brands

We distribute Ashoka and Pran.

We have our own brand, Royal India, and produce and import products under it.

We also deal with Golden Grain and Agro Foods in Australia, and with other companies from India who are merchants for FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods).
